With a team of experienced project and development management specialists and a rapidly expanding property portfolio, Georgiou Developments continues to increase its profile in Western Australia through its growing reputation for property development excellence, innovation and quality.



Jon joined Georgiou Developments in early 2011, bringing over 26 years of property experience to his role as Executive Director.


Jon’s industry experience includes nine years with international agency Knight Frank working in commercial property management, facility management and retail leasing roles. In 2001 he joined Multiplex Asset Management where he led the company’s property and facility management business as WA General Manager.  Jon later moved into the property development operations of Multiplex, and played an integral role in landmark projects like The Old Swan Brewery and Raffles Waterfront, as well as the Medina Apartment Hotel and EY Building which formed part of the substantial Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre precinct development. He went on to head up the WA office of First State Group in 2008, before joining Georgiou in 2011.

As Executive Director for Georgiou Developments, Jon is responsible for growing a strong development business and maintaining a pipeline of quality projects across a variety of sectors and asset classes. A non-executive director of Committee for Perth since 2016 and current chairman of arts organisation STRUT Dance, Jon is an energetic supporter of the arts and a firm believer in the importance of community building and engagement.

Jon’s community roles have included chairman of an IPS school board, state councillor of Creative Partnerships Australia, member of Swanbourne Nedlands Surf Life Saving Club, and membership of a range of organisations.




Nathan joined Georgiou Developments in 2018 having previously worked in the fields of valuation and commercial leasing.


Nathan’s most recent role was with a private Western Australian property development company, where, for more than 10 years, he was responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of commercial, residential and built-form projects. His experience spans a range of development types, including rural, residential, industrial and commercial uses, with particular focus on mixed-used built-form and master-planned communities. Nathan is passionate about innovation and community development, in addition to delivering sustainable and economic projects that enhance surrounding natural environments and the community at large.

As a Senior Development Manager for Georgiou Developments, Nathan is responsible for implementing the company’s development strategy and overseeing the delivery of apartment, mixed-use and commercial projects.




Rhys joined Georgiou Developments in 2018 and brings over nine years of construction project delivery experience.


Having previously worked in varying fields of construction project management, Rhys’ most recent role, prior to joining Georgiou Developments, was with a private Western Australian Architecture and Construction firm, where he was involved in the delivery of commercial, mixed-use and residential built-form projects.

Rhys is eager to be a part of, and actively influence, the changing face of Perth. This eagerness is supported by a passion for good design, innovation, sustainability, and a genuine interest in how we are changing as a population.

As an Assistant Development Manager for Georgiou Developments, Rhys is responsible for supporting the developments team in implementing the company’s development strategy and delivery of apartment, mixed-use and commercial projects.
