A highly successful marketing campaign for this substantial suburban fringe project in late 2011 saw pre-leasing of the entire office building to the State Government of Western Australia for a term of 15 years.

The property is located directly opposite the rapidly-expanding QEII medical precinct, and was 97 per cent leased on completion. Georgiou handled all facets of the project, including acquisition, planning, rezoning, design, development funding, project management and construction.

Delivered on time and within budget, the construction process for this project required a high standard of site management due to the built-up area, and proximity to a busy medical precinct and high voltage power lines servicing the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and QEII facilities.

This asset has been retained in the Georgiou Capital portfolio, and provides excellent rental revenue with a strong growth profile.
